Where can I find my invoice?
Under the tab 'invoices' in the menu on the left in your account, you will find all your invoices in one overview. After placing your order, you will also receive a digital invoice in your mailbox. You really can't find it? Feel free to contact us!
My invoice is not correct, what should I do now?
Of course, that is annoying. Please contact us and we will solve it for you as soon as possible!
My payment failed. What should I do?
First check whether the amount has already been debited from your account. Is this not the case? Then feel free to place the order again. The items in your shopping basket will be saved.

Do the prices include or exclude VAT?
All prices displayed do not include VAT. If you enter your VAT number in your account, the amounts in the shopping basket also exclude VAT. You do not have a VAT number? Then the VAT cost is automatically added to the amount to be paid during checkout.
